1. WHO WE ARE

EO Fitness BV, Koepellaan 1, 3705 ZS Zeist, the Netherlands. KVK 42030330, BTW NL869385094B01. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: eugene@eofitness.org.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number if you give it, and country.

Order and payment details: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

Training information you share with us, such as your events, personal bests, training history, schedule and goals.

Health information you choose to share, such as injuries or pain. We only use this to adjust your training, and only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Videos of your training that you send us for feedback or video analysis.

Messages and call notes from coaching, calls, camps and clinics.

For athletes under 18: the details of the parent or guardian who buys or gives permission.

3. WHY WE USE IT

To deliver what you bought: your plans, programs, calls, camps and clinics (performance of a contract).

To communicate with you about your coaching, bookings and account (performance of a contract).

To keep our accounting and tax records (legal obligation).

To improve our services and protect our materials against misuse (legitimate interest).

To send you news or offers by email, only if you signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Coaching data, training videos and messages: for as long as you train with us and up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Health information: deleted when your coaching ends, or earlier if you withdraw your consent.

Order and payment records: 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires this.

5. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We never sell your data. We only share it with services we need to run EO Fitness: Squarespace (website, store and accounts), Stripe (payments), Calendly and Google (booking calls and video calls), Zapier (connecting our systems), email and messaging tools such as WhatsApp for Premium athletes, and our accountant. Some of these companies are based outside the EU. Where that is the case, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email eugene@eofitness.org and we will respond within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. COOKIES

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as the cart and your account login, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Where consent is required, we ask for it in the cookie banner.

8. CHANGES

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
