What is the difference between Velocity One and a clinic?

Velocity One is our own EO Fitness sprint camp: we set the dates, the program and the groups, and athletes sign up individually. A clinic is booked by your club, school, team or company: I come to you and the session is built around your group.

Who can join Velocity One?

Sprinters in two groups: Youth (13 to 16) and Open (17+).

When is the next Velocity One camp?

Join the list and you will be the first to hear when the next camp opens.

Who can book a clinic?

Clubs, schools, teams, companies and organised groups. Tell us about your group and we will shape the session around it.

What does a clinic cost?

It depends on the group, location and format. Send a request and we will come back to you with a proposal.
