1. GENERAL
These terms apply to all products and services offered by EO Fitness BV, registered in the Netherlands, located at Koepellaan 1, 3706 BR Zeist. By purchasing any product or service you agree to these terms. For questions contact us at eugene@eofitness.org.
2. TRAINING PLANS
Training plans are monthly subscriptions billed automatically. There is no minimum commitment. Cancellations can be made at any time through your account and take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining days of an active billing period.
3. CALLS & CONSULTATIONS
All bookings for the Athlete Performance Call and Coach Consultation Call are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The EO Fitness Ebook is a digital product. Once purchased and delivered it is non-refundable.
5. BLOCK START ANALYSIS
By submitting video footage for Block Start Analysis you confirm you have the right to share this footage. EO Fitness uses the footage solely for analysis purposes and will not share it with third parties. Footage is deleted after the analysis is delivered.
6. PERSONAL DATA
EO Fitness collects only the personal data necessary to deliver our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All training programs, documents, videos, and content created by EO Fitness remain the intellectual property of EO Fitness BV. You may not share, resell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
8. LIABILITY
Participation in any training program is at your own risk. EO Fitness is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of our products or services. Consult a medical professional before starting any new training program.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands.
