2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

Name, email address, payment information processed via Stripe, and where applicable video footage submitted for Block Start Analysis.

3. WHY WE COLLECT IT

To deliver the products and services you purchased, to send your training programs, to communicate about your subscription or booking, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active and up to 2 years after. Video footage submitted for Block Start Analysis is deleted after the analysis is delivered.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email eugene@eofitness.org to make a request.

6. THIRD PARTIES

We use Stripe for payment processing and Calendly for booking. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.

7. COOKIES

This website may use basic cookies for functionality and analytics. No personal data is shared through cookies.
